Reorder Checks

Reordering checks is simple – just go to the Harland Clarke website, where new checks are just a few clicks away.

Report Lost or Stolen Debit Card

If you have lost your Pacific West Bank debit card or believe it may have been stolen, please call us immediately so we can protect you by stopping unauthorized transactions on the card.  During business hours you can call either branch, or our 800 number if you prefer:

Something not seem quite right with your account?  Need some help untangling or interpreting account transactions?  We're happy to assist with that as well.  For most concerns you may have, a call to one of our branches will get you all the help you need, or you can come in to either of our branches for assistance.

Online Banking Support
